Once logged in, search for ICAISMART 2025 or use the direct link above.

Click on ‘Create New Submission’ under the relevant track (e.g., AI, Smart Grids, Embedded Systems, etc.).

Enter the Paper Title, Abstract, Author Details, and Keywords.

Select the appropriate Subject Area for classification.

The manuscript must be uploaded in PDF format.

Ensure the paper follows the Springer LNNS/LNEE template, which can be downloaded from the Templates Section.

Agree to the declaration and click ‘Submit’.

You can update or edit your submission until the final submission deadline.

Authors may submit multiple papers, but each must be uploaded as a separate submission with different content.
