MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION
​Manuscripts must be prepared using the Hinweis research paper template (LaTeX or Word), available at Template Download. Ensure the document includes all figures, tables, and references. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Hinweis Digital Library journal and included in the Scopus-indexed proceedings. More details are available at https://dl.thehinweis.com/.

Double-Blind Review Policy

Author names, affiliations, and contact information must not appear in the submitted PDF.

Avoid any references to the authors’ identity in the manuscript.

Use neutral language when citing previous work (e.g., “Previous research [1]…”).

PAGE LIMIT

Maximum allowed length: 6 pages

(including title, abstract, figures, tables, references, and appendices).

Camera-Ready Submission & Copyright

Authors must revise papers per reviewers' comments.

Final submission must follow the Springer LNEE format.

Authors will need to sign and upload a Springer copyright agreement.

Papers must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.

Submissions with poor language quality may be rejected before review.
